What RoadCode is
RoadCode is a study service for the Guyana learner and driver theory exam: the traffic law, road signs, defensive driving and first aid, with practice quizzes.
It is a study aid, not an official body. We are not affiliated with the Guyana Police Force or any licensing authority, we do not issue licences, and passing our quizzes is not a pass at the real exam. The three official handbooks are published on this site as they are already public documents; the exam itself is set by the authority, not by us.
What you pay, and what you get
- A pass costs 5,000 GYD and gives you 1 month of full access from the moment it is confirmed.
- It does not renew automatically. There is no recurring billing and nothing is ever charged without you starting a payment. When your access ends, it simply ends.
- Renewing early stacks: a new pass starts when the current one finishes, so you never lose paid days by renewing sooner.
- Your progress and quiz history survive expiry. If you come back later, they are still there.
Payment
Payments are taken by Mobile Money Guyana on their own page. We never see your wallet credentials. Access is granted only after MMG confirms the payment to us — not when you press pay.
If money leaves your wallet and access does not appear within a few minutes, contact us with the reference from your MMG app. We can confirm it by hand.
Refunds
A pass is for a fixed period and is not refundable once access has started, including any time remaining if you close your account.
The exception is where we are at fault: if you were charged and never received access, or were charged twice for the same pass, we will refund it. Write to us with the MMG reference.
Your account and your devices
- An account is for one person. Your pass works on up to 3 devices.
- Do not share your login. An account showing signs of being shared may have its devices reset or its access withdrawn.
- Changed phone or cleared your browser? We can free a slot — just ask.
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
The content
The course material is ours and is provided for your personal study. Copying it, republishing it or redistributing it is not permitted. The three official handbooks are public documents and are not covered by this.
We correct and improve the material over time, so what you see may change during your pass.
Ending it
You can close your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end access for sharing an account, for abusing the service, or for attempting to interfere with it — and we will tell you why.
Limits
We work to keep RoadCode accurate and available, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or never offline. It is a study aid: your exam result is your own, and we are not liable for it.
How we handle your personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
